waterfront location helpful staff clean room thin walls weak pressure inadequate door
The location near the waterfront was a plus. I found it easy to walk to nearby attractions. The front desk staff was helpful, providing prompt assistance.. The room was clean.
The walls were thin. I could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. The bathroom door lacked proper closure. Water pressure in the shower was also weak.

Wonderful Stay by the Water!
ample space cute staff
The room provided ample space. I found the glassware sleek for enjoying cold drinks. The location in the North End allowed me to walk to Faneuil Hall. This was a plus. The front desk staff was also cute.
The in-room coffee station lacked sufficient supplies. Only a few coffee pods were available. There was no breakfast tea.

The hotel features a nice bar with a varied menu. It's perfect for evening relaxation. There is also an excellent restaurant on site. The cleaning was very good, and the hotel layout was efficient, which I liked.
