My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for exploring the North End, but the condition of the room left much to be desired. While the service from some staff was helpful, the ongoing strike made for a noisy experience. Overall, it felt overpriced for what we received, especially considering the lack of proper amenities and cleanliness issues.

The room was designated as a 'water view', but it was really just a glimpse of water between buildings, which was disappointing. The space itself was fairly spacious for a double size, but there were issues with sewer problems in the guest toilets.
